Kanagawa Children's Medical Center, located in Minami-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, provides advanced specialized pediatric healthcare. The facility comprises three institutions: a children's hospital, a facility for children with orthopedic impairments, and a center for children with severe physical and intellectual disabilities. Operating as a comprehensive pediatric medical and welfare institution, it offers integrated medical and welfare services to children with illnesses and disabilities. A medical care residential facility for children with disabilities is attached, providing rehabilitation and daily living support for children with limb or trunk deformities, functional impairments, and those with severe intellectual and orthopedic disabilities. A clinical research institute with eight departments also conducts research activities. Consultations are by referral only from other medical institutions. Reception hours are 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The facility has three parking lots and provides services in English, Korean, and other languages, accepts credit cards and electronic payments, and offers barrier-free access.
