After graduating from Shinshu University School of Medicine, Department of Plastic Surgery, and studying at the Bernard O'Brien Microsurgery Research Institute in Melbourne, Australia, the director has performed numerous complex plastic surgeries including microsurgical reconstruction for cancer and trauma, finger and limb reattachment, particularly fingertip reconstruction. After serving as Chief of Plastic Surgery at Suwa Red Cross Hospital, the clinic opened in 2005 and receives patients from Hachioji, Machida, throughout Tokyo, and across Kanagawa Prefecture.
