Located in Matsuda Town, a 4-minute walk from Shin-Matsuda Station on the Odakyu Line, Ando Eye Clinic is operated as a specialized ophthalmology clinic. The clinic offers English-language services and is equipped with parking and barrier-free facilities. The clinic provides treatment for cataracts, as well as myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, and presbyopia. The facility has been offering vision correction surgery since 2000, and in 2012 introduced ReLEx SMILE, the fourth such installation in Japan. This surgery, performed exclusively with a femtosecond laser, is characterized by its short operative time and minimal incision. For high myopia where laser vision correction is difficult, the clinic accommodates phakic intraocular lens (ICL) surgery. Situated approximately 5 minutes from the Tomei Expressway's Oi-Matsuda Interchange, the clinic operates from three locations: the Matsuda Main Clinic, as well as clinics in Odawara City and Minami-Ashigara City.
