The clinic director, who holds qualifications as a gastroenterology specialist and endoscopy specialist, provides specialized medical care, performing minimally invasive gastroscopy and colonoscopy examinations. As a primary care provider serving as the local family doctor, the clinic handles initial diagnosis and treatment. Endoscopy examinations can be booked by phone, and an initial examination before the procedure is required. Vaccination services are also available, with the policy of not administering influenza and COVID-19 vaccines simultaneously—COVID-19 vaccination is administered in the opposite arm three days or more after the influenza vaccine. A subsidy system is available for Kawasaki City residents aged 65 and over. For infection prevention, visitors are requested to wear masks. Patients with severe cough or fever of 37°C or higher will be accommodated in a separate room, and we ask that they contact us before visiting.
