Hitomi-Yamaguchi Eye Clinic is an ophthalmology clinic located in Kuruya, Tama-ku, Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, a 3-minute walk from the south exit of Ikuta Station on the Odakyu Line. Inheriting Yamaguchi Eye Clinic, it opened on the 2nd floor of Ida Building near Ikuta Station in September 2014. Clinic hours are 9:00-11:30 AM and 3:00-5:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and 9:00-11:30 AM on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays. The clinic is closed on Wednesday, 2nd/4th/5th Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Parking is available at the Ida Building paid parking lot, with one service ticket provided. English language services are available. Director Dr. Hitomi Ogata graduated from Yamanashi University School of Medicine and is a certified specialist of the Japanese Ophthalmological Society, having joined the Department of Ophthalmology at the University of Tokyo Hospital in 1992. Dr. Ogata is a full-time director and belongs to the Japanese Ophthalmological Society and Japan Ophthalmologists Association. Referral hospitals include the University of Tokyo Hospital, St. Marianna University Hospital, and Tama Hospital among others.
