Located in Kaisei Town, this ENT specialist clinic provides parking facilities and accepts credit cards and electronic payments. English language services are available. There are restrictions on clinic days and hours: closed on Thursdays, Sundays, and holidays, with Saturdays also currently suspended. On weekdays, after 10:45 AM and 4:30 PM, only patients with appointments are accepted, and depending on congestion or epidemic conditions, accommodating walk-in patients may be challenging. As part of infection control measures, temperature measurement before visiting and mask wearing are mandatory; patients are requested to refrain from visiting without wearing a mask. Visits immediately after onset of COVID-19 or influenza are discouraged. It is generally difficult to accommodate visits during the infectious period or within 3 days after fever subsides, and even if taking fever-reducing medication, being in a "no fever" state is still considered the fever period. In cases of sudden olfactory or gustatory dysfunction, patients are asked to avoid contact and medical visits for one week; thereafter, if olfactory symptoms persist without fever or respiratory symptoms, ENT department treatment applies.
