Located in Shimodana, Fujisawa City, the General Foundation Doyukai Life Medical Health Checkup Plaza is situated in front of the east exit of Chogo Station and provides gynecology outpatient services as a Women's Center. The center offers medical care by female physicians, and moved the gynecology outpatient clinic opened at Fujisawa Shonandai Hospital in 2014 to its current location in 2016. Regarding medical services, the center addresses diseases and symptoms associated with changes in the female-specific hormonal environment, accepting consultations for menstrual irregularities, heavy menstrual bleeding, dysmenorrhea, premenstrual symptoms, abnormal bleeding, abnormal vaginal discharge, vulvar abnormalities, lower abdominal masses and pain, menopausal symptoms, and pelvic organ prolapse. For health screening, the center aims for early detection of cervical cancer, uterine cancer, breast cancer, and ovarian cancer, and conducts uterine cancer screening as a designated medical institution for Fujisawa City, Ayase City, and Yokohama City. Furthermore, prenatal checkups and cervical cancer vaccinations are also provided as a designated medical institution for Fujisawa City, Ayase City, and Yamato City. For out-of-pocket treatments, the center accommodates contraception counseling using low-dose pills, emergency contraception pills, and contraceptive rings, menstrual adjustments such as shifting menstrual periods, sexually transmitted infection testing, and preconception checkups. The clinic only provides outpatient services and refers patients to appropriate medical institutions when hospitalization or surgery is required. Business hours are from 9:00 to 12:00 from Monday to Saturday, and additionally from 13:30 to 17:00 on Thursday and Friday.
