Yamamoto Dental Clinic is located in Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture, on the 4th floor of Shiko Building next to Resona Bank in front of the rotary at the west exit of Chogo Station on the Odakyu Line. An elevator is installed inside the building entrance, providing barrier-free access. Business hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Saturday: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Closed on Sundays, Thursdays, holidays, Obon holidays, and year-end/new year holidays. This clinic places emphasis on communication with patients during treatment. Basically focusing on insurance-covered treatment, for fee-based treatments such as orthodontics and implants, referrals to specialists and collaboration are provided. From the treatment room, you can view the Tanzawa mountain range and Mount Fuji when the weather is good. My Number Card can be used. As COVID-19 infection control measures to avoid congestion in the waiting room, simultaneous appointment bookings are avoided. Treatment is by appointment only.
