Consultation hours are from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with closures on Thursdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Walk-in registration begins at 8:30 AM, while web queue reservations start at 9:00 AM. Since November 2025, same-day appointment reservations can be made via smartphone or computer, helping to reduce waiting times. The clinic handles fever and cold symptoms, with prior phone confirmation recommended. Masks are required as an infection control measure. Parking is available for those arriving by car. The clinic collaborates with multiple medical institutions, including Fujisawa Shonandai Hospital, Fujisawa Municipal Hospital, and Yokohama City University Hospital, ensuring appropriate referrals when hospitalization or detailed examinations are needed.
