English language support is available. Clinic hours are 9:15 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and 9:15 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays, with Thursday, Sunday, and public holidays closed. In fiscal year 2024, the clinic was also registered as a cooperative medical institution with Kagoshima University Hospital.
