Located in Takamatsu-cho, Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture, Ouchi Clinic (Internal Medicine, Neurology, Ophthalmology) inherited Ouchi Gastroenterology and Ophthalmology Clinic, which has over half a century of history, and started anew in January 2025. In today's society where the aging population is rapidly progressing, the clinic carefully explores the medical care required by the local community and contributes to the health and longevity of the region as a primary care provider. The clinic primarily offers internal medicine, as well as neurology and ophthalmology, with a migraine clinic held every Monday. In May 2025, Dr. Akiyo Tanabe, a clinical professor in the Department of Ophthalmology at Kyoto University School of Medicine, joined the clinic, establishing a more specialized medical system. The clinic supports English, and on-site parking is available. Clinic hours are from 9:00 to 18:00, and the clinic is closed on Sundays, public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and during the Obon period in August.
