Medical Corporation Sankai-kai Mifune Hospital, located in Marugame City, Kagawa Prefecture, is a psychiatric medical institution with a long history dating back to its establishment in 1953. The hospital offers psychiatry, psychosomatic medicine, internal medicine, and dentistry, playing a central role in psychiatric care in the region. The facility houses multiple specialized wards including a psychiatric emergency acute care ward, dementia treatment ward, and psychiatric convalescent ward, providing comprehensive care from acute treatment to rehabilitation. With this infrastructure, the hospital serves as a designated medical institution for involuntary admission and emergency admission under the Mental Health and Welfare Act, and participates in the Kagawa Prefecture Psychiatric Emergency Care System.
