Nagamine Dental Clinic is a dental care facility located in Higashikagawa City, Kagawa Prefecture, providing community-based dental treatment since June 1990. The clinic offers general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery, serving patients of all ages from children to the elderly. Operating hours are 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the morning and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM in the afternoon, with closures on Sundays, holidays, Thursday afternoons, year-end and New Year holidays, and Bon festival period. In March 2017, the facility upgraded to digital X-ray equipment and introduced a 3D CT imaging system, enabling more accurate diagnosis of teeth, bone, and gum conditions that were difficult to assess with 2D imaging alone. The clinic has an on-site dental technician, allowing for prompt denture repairs and relining. To address the needs of an aging society, home visit dental care to patients' homes, nursing facilities, and hospitals is also available. Since March 2023, the clinic has implemented online eligibility verification using My Number cards, enabling the use of obtained medical and prescription information in actual treatment. The treatment philosophy emphasizes preventive care; while primarily offering insurance-covered treatments, non-covered cosmetic and comfort-focused options are also available for interested patients. Implant treatment is not performed at the clinic, but patients seeking such treatment are referred to university hospitals and other facilities. Orthodontic treatment is available for relatively simple cases. The clinic director is Dr. Shinichi Nagamine, a Doctor of Dental Science who graduated from Tokushima University Faculty of Dentistry, and the vice-director is Dr. Yuichi Nagamine, a Doctor of Medicine and Tokushima University Faculty of Dentistry graduate. English language support is available, and the facility is wheelchair accessible.
