Located in Asuka, Sakura City, Ibaraki Prefecture, along National Route 50 Bypass, Yoshihara Clinic reopened in 2020 as an internal medicine clinic. Director Dr. Takashi Yoshihara is a board-certified radiologist and nuclear medicine specialist, bringing the diagnostic imaging expertise gained at urban general hospitals to this clinic's practice. The clinic handles a wide range of internal medicine conditions, from acute illnesses such as colds and influenza to chronic lifestyle diseases including hypertension, diabetes, and dyslipidemia. Through collaboration with the affiliated Sakura Regional Medical Center, CT and MRI scans with same-day diagnostic imaging are available, providing an environment conducive to early detection and early treatment. Extended consultation hours until 8 PM on Monday and Thursday afternoons demonstrate consideration for patients who find it difficult to visit during regular weekday hours. For infectious disease response, patient flow is separated between general and fever patients, and infection control measures are coordinated with Ibaraki Western Medical Center. The clinic is also actively implementing healthcare digitalization, including My Number insurance card compatibility and electronic prescription issuance. In addition to multilingual support in English and Korean, the clinic offers credit card and electronic payment options, dedicated parking, and barrier-free facilities.
