Located in the center of Moriya City, Ibaraki Prefecture, Ohara Eye Clinic (formerly Ito Eye Clinic) is an ophthalmology clinic deeply rooted in the community. Since its rebranding in November 2025, the clinic has adopted a new system, with multiple physicians including Dr. Ohara and ophthalmologists recruited from the University of Tsukuba handling consultations on different days, ensuring a high level of specialized medical care. From addressing early symptoms such as vision loss, visual field abnormalities, and eye strain to surgical procedures like cataract surgery, ptosis correction, and chalazion excision, the clinic provides comprehensive treatment with early detection and early treatment as core principles. They also offer strabismus and amblyopia examinations, color vision tests, and contact lens prescriptions, supporting continuous eye health for a wide range of patients from children to adults. The clinic has implemented the online queue management system "Ai Ticket," allowing patients to easily check their estimated wait time. In addition to English support, the clinic accepts credit cards and electronic payments, and features parking and barrier-free facilities, creating an accessible environment for patients with various needs.
