Nagase Internal Medicine is located approximately a 7-minute walk from the east exit of Moriya Station on the Tsukuba Express and Kanto Railway Joso Line. This internal medicine clinic in Matsunami, Moriya City, Ibaraki Prefecture, has been providing community-rooted healthcare since its establishment in November 2007 by the previous director under the medical corporation Soan. Since May 2023, Dr. Nagase Tasuku, a native of Moriya City, has taken over as director. He graduated from Juntendo University School of Medicine and gained clinical experience in the Department of Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolism at the university's affiliated hospital. He is a certified diabetes specialist recognized by the Japan Diabetes Society, and holds certifications as an internal medicine specialist from the Japan Internal Medicine Society and as an occupational physician. The clinic primarily focuses on lifestyle diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, gout, and kidney disease, offering comprehensive care from consultations for those with abnormal blood sugar or blood pressure found in health checkups to continuous disease management. Various vaccinations and health checkups are conducted by appointment, including a wide range of vaccines such as influenza and shingles. Outpatient consultations can generally be made without an appointment, but advance telephone contact is required if you have fever symptoms. The clinic is equipped with spacious parking facilities and barrier-free accessibility, and also offers services in English.
