Located in Minamimachi, Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture, Okazaki Orthodontic Clinic specializes in orthodontics. Director Dr. Keiichiro Okazaki holds a PhD in Dentistry from Hokkaido University and completed the orthodontic graduate program at Oregon Health & Science University in the United States in 1992. In addition to being a clinical instructor, instructor, and certified orthodontist of the Japanese Orthodontic Society, he also holds American Board of Orthodontics certification, providing treatment as an orthodontist with advanced specialized education both in Japan and abroad. Dr. Fumie Hirose, a graduate of Kyushu University's graduate school, is also on staff, establishing a treatment system with multiple specialists. The clinic adopts clear aesthetic brackets on the upper jaw for all cases, with a policy that emphasizes aesthetics during orthodontic treatment. In addition to having a dental cone-beam CT for diagnosis, the clinic actively utilizes the latest technology, including the introduction of the surgical simulation software "Dolphin Imaging" in 2024. All consultations are by appointment, and many patients visit from a wide area within Ibaraki Prefecture, including not only Mito City but also Hitachinaka City, Kasama City, and Naka City. English services are available, and parking is also provided in front of the clinic.
