Located in Asano, Yabu City, Hyogo Prefecture, Inoue Clinic is a medical facility specializing in internal medicine. The director, Dr. Masashi Inoue, holds certifications as a Japan Circulation Society Certified Cardiologist and Japanese Society of Internal Medicine Certified Internist, and has been serving in community healthcare since 1984. The clinic building was designed in 1993 and features a unique space with a waiting room on the north side where visitors can hear the gentle stream of the Oya River, along with floor heating throughout that allows patients to walk barefoot comfortably. This architectural design earned the Hospital Architecture Award in 1994. From the inner waiting area, patients can view snow falling in the courtyard, creating a tranquil atmosphere that feels unlike a typical medical facility. In terms of medical services, electronic medical records were introduced in 2005 to facilitate information sharing among staff and provide meticulous care. The facility also includes a nursing care support office and day rehabilitation services, building a comprehensive home care support system through collaboration among physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, and registered dietitians. English assistance is available, and the clinic is fully equipped with parking and barrier-free facilities. Consultation hours are 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the morning, and 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM and 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM in the afternoon, with Sundays and public holidays closed.
