Located in Najio Kinomoto, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture, Shibatsuji Dental Clinic has provided community-based dental care for three generations since its founding in the early Showa era. Director Atsushi Shibatsuji graduated from Asahi University School of Dentistry, earned his doctoral degree from the same university's graduate school, and received specialized training in periodontal treatment and implant dentistry at UCLA in the United States. The clinic offers a wide range of services including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and periodontal treatment, with the latter being particularly notable as it is provided under the supervision of the director, who is certified by the Japanese Society of Periodontology. The clinic is well-equipped with dental CT scanners and digital X-rays, enabling more accurate diagnoses while reducing radiation exposure. Examination rooms are designed with privacy in mind, with LCD monitors at each dental chair used to provide detailed explanations using X-ray images and intraoral camera footage. Strollers can be brought directly into examination rooms, creating an accessible environment for families with small children. The clinic also features a brushing room and a calming waiting area designed for patient comfort. Operating hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM, Saturday until 5:00 PM, with Thursday, Sunday, and holidays closed, though Thursdays are open during weeks with holidays. English assistance is available, and the barrier-free facility includes seven parking spaces in front of the clinic.
