Saito ENT Clinic is located a 3-minute walk from Kurakuenguchi Station on the Hankyu Koyoen Line. Dr. Miki Saito, the clinic director, is a board-certified otolaryngologist of the Japan Otolaryngological Society and also holds certification as a head and neck cancer specialist. He previously served as the head of the dysphagia and voice outpatient clinics at Kobe University Hospital for many years and has been actively involved in head and neck tumor treatment. The clinic provides comprehensive care for a wide range of conditions, from nasal diseases such as sneezing, nasal congestion, allergic rhinitis, hay fever, and sinusitis, to ear conditions including otitis media and sudden hearing loss, as well as throat and neck disorders like vocal cord polyps, dysphagia, and thyroid diseases. A hearing aid clinic is also available, with the director, a certified hearing aid fitting specialist, available for consultations. In pediatric care, the clinic uses endosscopy to clearly explain conditions to guardians, and minimizes antibiotic use out of consideration for children. A web-based questionnaire system has been introduced to reduce waiting times by allowing patients to complete forms in advance. The facility is barrier-free and has parking available, with English language support offered.
