Director Toshiharu Hino graduated from Kyoto Prefectural University of Medicine and, after working in pediatrics at Hyogo College of Medicine and Osaka Hanwa Hospital, opened the practice at this location, providing care that supports children's growth over many years. The clinic offers pediatrics and internal medicine services, including general consultations, various vaccinations, infant health checkups, and the 10-month infant health examination commissioned by Nishinomiya City. The interior features handmade art such as wooden reliefs and murals, creating a warm, child-friendly atmosphere. English-language services are available, and the clinic accepts credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments. The facility is barrier-free and includes parking. Upon closure, the director will take responsibility for referring patients requiring ongoing treatment to other medical institutions.
