Yanagawa Clinic is a respiratory medicine-focused medical clinic located on the second floor of JR Sumiyoshi NK Building, immediately east of JR Sumiyoshi Station, established in July 1999. The clinic director holds a medical doctorate and graduated from Hiroshima University School of Medicine before joining the Second Department of Surgery (Thoracic Surgery) at Kobe University School of Medicine, with clinical experience at multiple medical institutions including Hyogo Cancer Center and Osaka Saiseikai Nakatsu Hospital. In addition to respiratory medicine, the clinic offers internal medicine services for gastroenterology, cardiology, and general surgery, with particular focus on respiratory diseases such as bronchial asthma. For persistent cough and phlegm symptoms, early treatment is provided following clinical guidelines using inhaled corticosteroids and bronchodilators, with referrals to nearby medical facilities when CT examinations are necessary. The clinic also offers home-based portable testing and CPAP therapy for sleep apnea syndrome.
