Hasegawa ENT Clinic is an otorhinolaryngology clinic located about a 4-minute walk from Mikage Station on the Hankyu Kobe Main Line. The director, Dr. Shingo Hasegawa, holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Kobe University Graduate School of Medicine and is a board-certified specialist of the Japan Otolaryngological Society as well as a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare-certified hearing aid fitting examiner. At Kobe University Hospital, he served as head of the Ear and Nose Outpatient Departments and managed the Tumor Outpatient Department. With approximately 20 years of experience as an attending physician specializing in nasal and sinus surgery, middle ear surgery, and skull base surgery, he opened the clinic in June 2016. The examination rooms are equipped with high-performance surgical microscopes and thin electronic endoscopes for comfortable observation of the ears, nose, and throat. The clinic's diagnostic style features clear explanations using a filing system to display photographs and examination data. Services include physical therapy using canalith repositioning maneuvers for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, a reservation-based hearing aid clinic, and examination and treatment for snoring and sleep apnea. The facility is wheelchair-accessible with barrier-free design, and both dedicated and affiliated parking lots are available. English assistance is available, and an online queuing system can be used for both new and returning patients. Clinic hours are 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM on weekdays, and 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturdays. The clinic is closed on Thursdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
