Nakamoto Clinic is an internal medicine and gastroenterology clinic located in Naka-cho, Sakuragaoka, Nishi-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. It is a 10-minute walk from Sakae Station on the Kobe Electric Railway Ao Line and a 15-minute drive from Seishin-Chuo Station on the Municipal Subway, with parking available. Clinic hours are from 9:00 to 12:00 Monday through Saturday, and from 16:00 to 19:00 on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with Wednesday afternoon starting at 16:45. The clinic provides gastric cancer screening and cognitive function screening in Kobe City, and also offers influenza vaccinations, shingles vaccine, and MMR vaccine. Gastrointestinal and colon endoscopy examinations are available by appointment, and transnasal endoscopy is also available, allowing patients to choose between oral or nasal methods based on symptoms and preferences. In August 2015, the colon endoscope was replaced with a new model, enabling early detection of subtle lesions through digital image processing. Electronic medical records were introduced in April 2011, establishing a smooth clinical system from reception to examination and billing. Since November 2017, medical information can be obtained using My Number cards, and this clinic also provides English services.
