Located on the 9th floor of Hortensia Building in Chuo Ward, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, Seiyo Clinic Kobayashi is a psychiatric facility situated in front of Kobe Motomachi Station. Since opening in December 1979, the clinic has consistently provided medical services based on psychotherapy and counseling. The clinic offers in-person psychotherapy, counseling, and psychoanalysis, along with necessary psychological tests. If pharmacotherapy is deemed necessary during the course of treatment, medication is also prescribed. The clinic has physicians who can provide medical consultations in English, and the facility is barrier-free. Regarding clinic hours, the clinic is closed every Thursday, on holidays, and during year-end and New Year holidays, as well as January 2-4, August 13-15, and December 27-31.
