The clinic director, Dr. Masayuki Kondo, graduated from Osaka University Faculty of Dentistry and conducted extensive research on occlusion at the university's First Prosthodontics Department. The vice-director, Dr. Kazumi Kondo, also graduated from the same faculty and specializes in pediatric dentistry, with the husband-and-wife team working together to provide dental care. A major feature of the clinic is its emphasis on preventive dentistry. Rather than only treating patients after pain develops, the clinic adopts a treatment policy focused on protecting teeth from a long-term perspective by carefully listening to each patient's lifestyle habits.
