Located in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture, this clinic specializes in neurology and provides services in English, Korean, and other languages, with parking and barrier-free facilities. In November 2025, the clinic opened the 'Stress Care Center KOKUA' to provide EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services supporting the mental health of workers. Experienced psychiatric staff offer individual consultations, mental health training, stress checks, and workplace improvement support to create an environment where employees can work with peace of mind. Additionally, the clinic has welcomed a therapy dog named 'KOA' to provide emotional care for hospitalized and institutionalized patients, and was the first in Hyogo Prefecture to introduce VR-SST (Social Skills Training using virtual reality). Recognized as a rework-certified facility, the clinic also operates 'rapport,' a psychiatric visiting nursing station, providing in-home support from experienced nurses to help patients continue their daily lives in familiar communities. An online qualification verification system has been implemented, and mask wearing within the facility is optional.
