Onoue Eye Clinic is an ophthalmology specialist clinic located in Motoshio-cho, Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture, conveniently situated approximately a 10-minute walk from both JR Himeji Station and Sanyo Himeji Station. Clinic director Dr. Masanori Onoue completed his graduate studies at Iwate Medical University and subsequently studied abroad at the University of Zurich Department of Ophthalmology in Switzerland before establishing the clinic in 1998. The clinic is staffed by a board-certified ophthalmologist who is a member of the Japanese Ophthalmological Society and the Japan Glaucoma Society. Consultation hours run from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the morning, with afternoon hours available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Saturday hours are morning only, and the clinic is closed on Sundays and public holidays. The facility features a barrier-free design with automatic doors and a flat floor, and is well-equipped with various diagnostic instruments including tonometers, corneal topography analyzers, and auto refractokeratometers. A dedicated contact lens fitting space is also available, and the treatment room on the second floor is accessible by elevator.
