Director Dr. Kazuo Obata graduated from the University of Tokyo Faculty of Medicine and gained clinical and research experience at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and St. Louis Children's Hospital at Washington University. He holds both the Japan Pediatric Society Certified Pediatrician credential and American Board of Pediatrics certification. The clinic provides comprehensive pediatric care ranging from common childhood illnesses such as colds, bronchitis, and acute gastroenteritis to asthma and allergies, growth and development assessments, various vaccinations, and infant health checkups. English-language consultations are available. The facility features two entrances and waiting rooms along with four examination rooms as infection control measures, designed so that patients for checkups and vaccinations do not wait in the same space as those for general consultations. A kids' corner and diaper-changing and nursing areas are fully equipped, and the clinic is barrier-free, allowing strollers to enter directly.
