Operating hours follow a three-part schedule: morning sessions starting at 8:30 AM, afternoon sessions beginning at 1:30 PM, and evening sessions from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, making it accessible for patients who have difficulty visiting during daytime hours. Please note that reception times vary by department—orthopedics afternoon sessions end at 4:30 PM, and all departments close at 3:30 PM on Fridays. The clinic is closed on Saturday afternoons, Sundays, public holidays, and during the year-end and New Year period. The facility features a parking lot and is barrier-free, creating an accessible environment for patients of all ages. Another notable feature is the clinic's ability to provide services in multiple languages, including English and Korean. When advanced examinations or hospitalization are required, the clinic refers patients to affiliated medical institutions. Additionally, the Hanshin Medical Consumers' Cooperative offers "Kakehashi," a transportation service for members who have difficulty visiting the clinic, along with various community-focused initiatives such as a library salon and group activities, supporting the community through both healthcare and daily life services.
