It is fully equipped with a kids' space, diaper changing tables, and wheelchair-accessible restrooms, and also offers parking, demonstrating thorough consideration for patients. Infection control measures are comprehensive, and when symptoms such as chickenpox or mumps are suspected, patients are guided through a dedicated entrance to a separate room away from the main waiting area. Walk-in appointments are available, and patients are required to bring their health insurance card or My Number insurance card at the time of visit. The clinic is closed on all Sundays from the 1st to the 5th Sunday, as well as on public holidays.
