Located in the Kitahiyama district of Setana Town, Kuon County in southwestern Hokkaido, Dōnan Royal Hospital, operated by Meirika-kai Medical Foundation, is a community-based hospital with 174 beds. Built on a foundation of internal medicine, the hospital offers a wide range of specialties including gastroenterology, surgery, plastic surgery, cardiology, hemodialysis, and dermatology, providing comprehensive services to the community spanning chronic and convalescent care through to home medical care.
