Keiai Hospital, located in Washibetsu-cho, Noboribetsu City, Hokkaido, is a psychiatry-centered hospital operated by the Social Medical Corporation Yuaikai. The inpatient system is structured in multiple layers, encompassing an acute care ward capable of treating severe psychiatric conditions outside regular hours including nights and holidays, a psychiatric convalescent ward for long-term recovery following the acute phase, and an internal medicine convalescent ward for patients with comorbid physical conditions. Outpatient services cover psychiatry/neurology, internal medicine, and respiratory medicine (Fridays only), with reception primarily in the morning (8:30–11:30) on weekdays and some afternoon hours also available. Saturday services are limited to morning hours, and the hospital is closed on Sundays, public holidays, the year-end/New Year period, and the Obon season. Medical consultations in English are available, and the facility is fully equipped with a parking lot and barrier-free infrastructure, ensuring an accessible environment for those with physical disabilities.
