Located along Higashi 2-jo Sakura Street in Nakagawa-gun, Ikeda-cho, Hokkaido, Kuribayashi Clinic has been serving the community as an internal medicine clinic since opening in 1996, with a focus on early detection and treatment of chronic diseases and arteriosclerotic diseases. Clinic Director Dr. Hideki Kuribayashi, a Tohoku University graduate, formerly served as Chief of Internal Medicine at Tokachi Medical Association Obihiro Hospital and has extensive experience in treating lifestyle diseases. The clinic provides outpatient care in internal medicine, diabetes, gastroenterology, and pediatrics, as well as fever clinic, online consultation, and home visit services. For patients with cold symptoms, they have a system that separates examination rooms and consultation times from general outpatient visits. The facility is equipped with continuous glucose monitoring (intermittent scanning), ultrasound, endoscopy, CPAP, home oxygen therapy, and also offers diabetes education, health checkups, and vaccinations. Morning consultations on the 1st and 3rd Sundays and evening consultations on the 2nd and 4th Fridays are available, making it easier for those who have difficulty visiting on weekdays. Multilingual support including English and Korean is available, and the clinic provides barrier-free facilities and a parking lot, creating an accessible environment for diverse patients.
