Located on the 4th floor of the Central Building in Chiyoda-cho, Chitose City, Hokkaido, Koizumi Cardiovascular Internal Medicine Clinic is a specialized internal medicine and cardiovascular clinic established in a convenient location, approximately 7 minutes on foot from JR Chitose Station. Dr. Keito Koizumi, the clinic director, graduated from Hirosaki University School of Medicine and is a specialist who has worked in cardiology, respiratory wards, and dialysis treatment at multiple medical institutions in Aomori and Ishikari. He is affiliated with the Japanese Society of Internal Medicine, the Japanese Circulation Society, the Japan Diabetes Society, the Japanese College of Cardiology, and the Japanese Society for Dialysis Therapy, and holds certification as a registered physician of the Japan Diabetes Association. The clinic provides internal medicine care with a focus on cardiology, as well as various dialysis treatments tailored to patients' conditions, including hemodialysis (HD), online hemodiafiltration (on-line HDF), and intermittent hemodiafiltration (I-HDF). In 2023, the clinic introduced the latest dialysis monitoring system from Toray Medical Co., Ltd., creating an environment where dialysis can be safely managed with automated control from start to finish. Clinic hours are 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM (closed Tuesday and Thursday afternoons), and English support is also available. The clinic accepts credit cards and electronic payments, and has access to multiple parking facilities including the building's tower parking, making it well-equipped for patients traveling from distant areas.
