This clinic is an internal medicine clinic located in Kawakita-cho, Shobara City, Hiroshima Prefecture, offering excellent accessibility with parking and barrier-free facilities. Accredited as Medical Corporation Yushinkai in 2016, it has continued its commitment to community healthcare since the director's transition in April 2024. In addition to internal medicine services, the clinic established day care rehabilitation in October 2023, equipped with strength training machines and water beds to provide individualized functional training by physical therapists. In 2017, it was certified as a Heart Ikiiki Home Support Facility, contributing to community integrated care through early detection of heart failure exacerbation, prevention of severe conditions, and strengthened collaboration with acute care facilities.
