Onomichi Municipal Hospital is a core regional medical institution located in Onomichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture, accredited as a designated clinical training hospital, regional medical support hospital, and hospital accredited by the Japan Council for Quality Health Care. The large-scale medical facility, consisting of the main building, new wing, radiation medical center, and emergency center, boasts a site area of 16,118.01㎡ and total floor area of approximately 25,000㎡, with 22 medical departments providing comprehensive medical care. Operating the emergency center on a 24-hour system, it plays an important role in supporting regional emergency medical care, while also providing a highly convenient environment equipped with barrier-free access, credit card and electronic payment facilities, parking, and English language services. Medical consultations are conducted from 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM on weekdays, with the facility closed on weekends, holidays, and year-end/new year periods.
