In September 2024, they transitioned from internal medicine, gastroenterology, and pediatrics to focusing solely on internal medicine, establishing a specialized system for internal medicine care. They work closely with local medical institutions and have a system in place for smooth referrals when necessary. The clinic performs upper gastrointestinal endoscopy, accommodating both transnasal and transoral methods. Clinic hours are from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM, with reception from 8:30 AM to 11:45 AM and 2:15 PM to 5:45 PM. The clinic is closed on Wednesday afternoons, Saturday afternoons, Sundays, holidays, year-end and New Year period, and Obon period. Endoscopic examinations, ultrasound examinations, and health checkups require appointments, while general consultations can be done without an appointment. Since October 2025, they have introduced electronic prescriptions, with traditional paper prescriptions also available as an option.
