Inoue Hospital is located in Higashifukatsu-cho, Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture, and serves as a specialized hospital for respiratory and gastrointestinal diseases. The hospital prides itself on high-level diagnosis and surgery by specialists for lung cancer, as well as gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, and other conditions. More than half of the annual general anesthesia surgeries are thoracic lung resection procedures including thoracoscopic surgery. A team of six physicians led by Chairman Inoue and Director Mori performs surgeries with exceptional teamwork, and by introducing PACS (medical imaging system), the hospital centrally manages CT images, endoscopic ultrasound images, and X-ray images, creating a system where patients can undergo CT examinations and receive post-examination explanations on the same day of outpatient visits.
