No appointments are necessary—consultations are available weekdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Closed on Wednesdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, as well as during the Obon period in August.
