Located in Egicho, Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture, Yoshida Internal Medicine Clinic is an internal medicine clinic rooted in the community, aiming to provide advanced medical care using the latest medical information and equipment. Since opening in 1984, the clinic has focused on enhancing facilities, introducing a 64-slice multi-slice CT scanner in 2012. Continuously introducing medical equipment suited to the times, such as CT scanner in 1986, digital mammography in 2003, and bone densitometry in 2009, to enhance imaging diagnostic capabilities. In 2024, the clinic was designated as a Type II Designated Medical Institution. The clinic operates morning and afternoon sessions from Monday to Friday, mornings only on Thursdays, and morning and afternoon sessions on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays of the month. Reception hours are from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM, while consultation hours are from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The parking lot accommodates 14 vehicles, with 4 parking spaces on the west side of the building reserved for the fever clinic. The fever clinic operates on a complete reservation system, and consultations for fever, cold symptoms, and acute illnesses are conducted by appointment at the dedicated fever examination clinic. Shingles vaccination is also available. The premises are smoke-free, wheelchair-accessible restrooms are provided, and English service is available. The clinic is designated for Workers' Accident Compensation Insurance, tuberculosis treatment, and Independence Support Medical Care, providing medication through in-house dispensing by full-time pharmacists. In 2021, an online qualification verification system was introduced, supporting the My Number insurance card.
