The clinic is closed on Sundays, holidays, January 1-4, August 13-16, December 30-31, and additionally on the 1st and 15th of each month starting from July. Furthermore, the clinic is temporarily closed on Thursday and Saturday afternoons for the foreseeable future, and due to the director's medical leave, the deputy director often treats patients alone, which may result in longer waiting times. There will be temporary closures on the mornings of January 30th and February 6th, 2028 (Reiwa 8), and reduced operating days are expected in April due to the clinic relocation. Temporary closure periods have also been established to ensure employee rest in accordance with the government's work style reform policies.
