With this background, the clinic aims to provide comprehensive treatment by leveraging the knowledge and experience gained from working at a general hospital. They also accept consultations for oral conditions that are difficult to treat at other clinics, as well as symptoms in the oral cavity, throat, nose, and other head and neck regions where patients may be uncertain about where to seek care, serving as a liaison between university hospitals and local general hospitals. The facility is equipped with a parking lot and features barrier-free access, making it convenient for those using public transportation or with physical limitations. Additionally, the clinic supports multiple languages including English and Korean, ensuring that patients of different linguistic backgrounds can receive care. Clinic hours are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Friday (1st, 3rd, and 5th weeks only) from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
