Motegi Children's Clinic is a pediatric and allergy clinic located in Wakiyacho, Ota City, Gunma Prefecture, providing medical care near Josai no Mori. The director worked at Honjima General Hospital for 10 years, then specialized in infectious diseases, vaccinations, allergic diseases, and pediatric rheumatic diseases at Gunma University Hospital, and also has studied abroad at the Mayo Clinic in the United States. The clinic offers pediatrics and allergy services, with consultation hours from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (including vaccinations and infant health checkups), 2:15 PM to 3:30 PM (phone reservations), and 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM (online reservations). Routine vaccinations include Hib, pneumococcal, hepatitis B, rotavirus, DTaP-IPV-Hib, BCG, MMR, varicella, Japanese encephalitis, DT, and HPV vaccines, while paid vaccinations include mumps and influenza. In-house blood count and CRP testing allows rapid assessment of infection severity. A dedicated pharmacist prepares medications and provides medication guidance, eliminating the need to visit an external pharmacy. Children with fever or suspected highly infectious diseases are examined in a separate room. The facility features a whale-inspired exterior, with increased spacing between seats in the waiting area as a COVID-19 measure. The waiting room has a tropical fish tank featuring models of Nemo and Ponyo, and the spacious restroom includes a child-sized toilet. Parking is available with barrier-free access, and English support is available. Closed on Sundays, holidays, and year-end/new year period.
