Tuesday mornings and afternoons are designated as surgery days, so general outpatient consultations are not available; however, consultations are offered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons from 14:00 to 17:30. Specialized examinations, surgeries, and procedures require reservations. Due to congestion, reception may close earlier or patients may not be called at their scheduled appointment time. Contact lens appointments are by reservation only; all products except Rohto 1Day FreshView, which can be provided on the same day, require ordering. Wearing masks is recommended inside the clinic. Patients with bloodshot eyes or discharge are examined in the examination and consultation area adjacent to reception.
