Located in Isesaki City, Gunma Prefecture, Hara Hospital provides medical care supporting mental and physical health, primarily in psychiatry, psychosomatic medicine, and radiology. Based on the philosophy 'Bringing peace and smiles to troubled hearts, vitality to the elderly bodies,' we have established a team-based support system that values each patient's human rights and autonomy. The Dementia Medical Center serves as a regional hub providing specialized diagnosis, treatment, and support for dementia, accepting consultations from early stages. The day care facility 'Lupinus' offers group activities, creative activities, and daily life support under medical guidance to help patients reintegrate into society and stabilize their daily rhythms. In addition to these specialized support systems, we operate the group home 'Sakura' for people with disabilities, where staff gently support daily life to enable confident, independent living within the community. The 'Nagomi Café♪' provides opportunities for people with dementia, their families, and community welfare commissioners to deepen their understanding of dementia through social interaction. The facility offers parking, barrier-free access, and English language support. Closed on Sundays, holidays, and year-end/New Year period.
