Take the bus from Koriyama Station bound for Shibamiya Danchi via Sakaemachi, get off at Sakura Shogakko-mae, 2-minute walk. By car, enter Nagura Kaido from Route 49 or the Inner Ring Road, turn south at the Sakura Elementary School grounds and it is right there.
