Under the fourth-generation director, Dr. Kosuke Ishibashi, the clinic offers a wide range of medical services including internal medicine, diabetology, orthopedics, and pain clinic, as well as fever consultations, health check-ups, and vaccinations. A particularly notable feature of the clinic is its focus on diabetes care. The "Kurashi no Hokenshi" (Community Health Room) embodies the philosophy of food as medicine, where certified diabetes educators and registered dietitians collaborate to provide nutritional guidance utilizing a kitchen studio. The clinic is equipped with comprehensive in-house facilities including an HbA1c analyzer, nerve conduction testing device, blood pressure pulse wave analyzer, and 24-hour Holter electrocardiograph, enabling specialized examinations to be completed on-site. A cooperative network has also been established with nearby medical institutions such as Takaki Hospital and Kurume University Hospital, facilitating smooth referrals to specialist care when needed.
