Located in Uchiko Town, Kita District, Ehime Prefecture, Kado Hospital is a medical facility specializing in internal medicine. Office hours are 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with afternoon consultations available Monday through Friday only. Closed on Sundays, holidays, Saturday afternoons, and year-end/new year period, but if Wednesday is a holiday, consultations are held, and the hospital also serves as an emergency-designated medical institution. Influenza vaccinations are available without appointments from October, and to prevent the spread of COVID-19, patients with fever, cough, or difficulty breathing are requested to receive instructions by phone from outside the building without entering. To prevent hospital-acquired infections, visitation has been prohibited in principle since December 2025, and photography and recording inside the hospital are also prohibited. The hospital encourages the use of generic medications and provides home medical care. The facility is equipped with parking, barrier-free access, and English language support. Operated by the Medical Corporation Koyukai, it provides medical and welfare services from home recovery to end-of-life care.
