Located in Waki-cho, Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture, Hirai Children's Clinic is a clinic specializing in pediatrics and allergy. Since opening in 1998, it has long supported the health of local children. Clinic hours are Monday 9:00-12:00 and 14:00-18:00, Saturday 9:00-12:00 and 13:30-15:00. Closed on Sundays, holidays, year-end and New Year, Obon, and local festivals. General consultations are available without appointment, while vaccinations and infant health checkups are appointment-only. The clinic provides English-speaking services and has barrier-free facilities. Parking is available for over 100 vehicles through an agreement with the adjacent supermarket. The director is Dr. Nobuyuki Hirai, a certified pediatric specialist and Doctor of Medicine certified by the Japan Pediatric Society. IVs and blood draws for preschool children are performed by the director. Many staff have been with the clinic since its opening, and care is provided in a warm, family-like atmosphere.
